*I wrote about loitering in great detail on My websites.. But I will quickly or briefly explain "again"..


*So the standard definition of loitering is I think.. when someone waits about in a specific place or location or area and they are not doing anything or working or they are waiting there for no real reason..
And the police can tell you to move on from that area..

*Today.. Or even from 2007 or 2008 to today and on wards.. 
Loitering to Me is the following:
-If you are trying to outdo someone on anything
-If You are waiting for someone to leave first
-If you are trying to get the last word in a conversation .. in face to face contact.. or even in written form..
-etc etc etc..

So..
I wrote about this in great detail on My websites so I will go through this briefly..
So I have observed this loitering since around 2007 or 2008 to now and onwards..
And So I am a expert on this crazy topic..
So before 2017.. I was driving around to go to appointments and other things..
And Eventually I noticed people observing Me And Monitoring Me..
So For example..
If I parked at a shopping center car park.. I would eventually realise there are people waiting in their cars.. Waiting for Me to leave the shops.. then they will leave..
Or strangely I also see.. When I decide to leave they will try to beat Me out of the car park which makes no sense to Me.. Since if you leave first.. then you lose..
So the car park one is very popular in loitering..
And so.. I have been observing this for all these years..

So.. I do not loiter.. Or most the time I do not loiter.. Its just people observing Me..
So..
I do not loiter.. The only times I do loiter.. Is when I had enough of these retarts or every1 lotiering.. So I react by loitering as well.. With InTent to win..

So how do you win in loitering?
So basically.. to clearly win.. You need to kill the other person who is loitering.. That is how you win..
So a lot of people probably won't go that far to win in loitering.. Or they will go to prison..
So.. If you are trying to out wait someone.. If one of you leave first.. then you win.. But you might have to wait hours and hours and not know when they will leave..
So the clearest way to win.. Is If you kill the other person..
So smash their car window and kill them with a weapon.. 
That is how you clearly win.. But you will go to prison.. So alot of people might not choose that option..

So.. If you need to kill the other person to make them stop loitering..
It is not worth playing the game of loitering..

So 2 Me.. I don't loiter.. I observed this for many years.. I don't loiter..
However every now and then I will react and play the game of loitering when the loitering is crazy..
So Yes I do loiter.. But only to react to others who are loitering..
So I am minding My own business when I am out in public.. And I see these people or cars waiting for Me to leave..
So I might react and play the game..
But most of the time I just ignore it and mind My own business..
Because I know.. In order to clearly win.. I will have to kill them which is not worth going to prison for..
So I just ignore them and continue with what I am doing..
But today.. When I hate My life.. I am ready to kill any1 who is loitering around Me..
So at My house.. If they climb over My fence.. I will stab them to death.. So they "tresspassed" and I used "self defence".. If I go to prison.. Then.. What about it.. They tresspased with InTent to do harm to Me.. and I used self defence..
So other than that.. I do not loiter.. I only loiter every now and then when the loitering is crazy.. And I do what I have to do to win..

So.. I have observed loitering for all these years..
I don't loiter etc.. I just ignore it and mind My own business and continue with what I am doing..
So killing another person because they are loiting is not worth prison..
But I am at the stage of killing people for loitering.. It is "situational".. Like if they tresspass with InTent to do Me harm.. Or if they are just loitering at not coming at Me.. I will just ignore it etc..
So I have to exercise patience.. and ignore it.. and continue with My day..

So before 2017..
There were a lot of people loitering in their cars or people standing around doing nothing waiting for Me to leave "first" etc..
Another thing I used to counter is..
Instead of parking in the shopping car park.. I would park outside the shops in the nearby streets etc..
So that the people waiting for Me to get in2 My car to leave.. Will see Me walk out of the car park and in2 the streets.. And I don't have to deal with them waiting for Me to leave first..
So that is one way I countered people loitering in car parks etc..

So When I am at My house..
There are a lot of people in My neighbourhood.. They will observe or loiter waiting for Me to leave My house.. Or even when I stay days at My house they will wait for Me to do something like move to another part of My house or do something else.. then they will leave..
Which doesn't make sense.. The rule and law of loitering is.. If you leave first you lose..
And since the property is one like a car..
Then I don't lose..
If you leave first you lose..
So as long as I am on My property including front yard and backyard.. I can b anywhere on My property.. And if you leave or drive away.. You lose.. Because I am still on My property..
Its the same logic when I am out in public.. If you leave first .. then you lose..
Same as being at My house.. I can be anywhere on My property.. And if you drive away.. then you lose.. Because I didn't leave My property..
So there are people in My neighbourhood are loitering.. Waiting for Me to leave My house or if I am not leaving My house.. They are waiting for Me to make noise or change to another room.. then they leave.. Which makes no sense.. Because if you leave first then you lose.. The house property is one property like a car is one property..
So I win pretty much most of the time.. If not all the time..
So the key is.. if you leave first.. then you lose..
So I also witnessed in parking in shopping car parks..
I can observe people waiting in their vehicles .. waiting for Me to drive out first.. But instead they will wait for Me to start driving out and they will try to beat Me out.. Which makes no sense.. Since if you leave first.. then you lose..
Also.. I witness the same thing at My house..
When I am about to leave My driveway.. A bunch of vehicles start driving past My house trying to beat Me out of the street.. Which makes no sense.. Because if you leave first.. then you lose..
Of course .. if every1 around Me is acting this way.. Are they right and I lose?
Based on My logic..
No.. If you leave first then you lose..
So I win..
And I am not even loitering.. Because I do not want to go to prison..
Also.. I also observe that people around me.. Are now reverse parking more often.. I don't know why that is.. But it doesn't make sense.. so they lose..

So..
before 2017.. When I am at My house..
I am not loitering.. I am just minding My own business.. And I can observe people loitering in My neighbourhood.. So they are waiting for Me to either leave the house.. or move to another room.. or make noise.. When I say make noise.. I  mean if I squeak My chair.. or move around on My chair.. Or any other noises..
I also noticed if I am watching tv.. They will drive past My house when the commercials or advertisements come on.. 
And If I am listening to music.. Even on My earphones.. They will wait for the song to be over.. then they will drive Past My House.. 
So the if I play music.. Some will drive past right before the song ends.. some will drive past after the song ends.. even on My earphones.. Whether that is real or not doesn't matter.. If I connect all the patterns and correlations together.. It adds up.. People are loitering around Me..

So .. I do not loiter.. But Yes I do loiter every now and then when it gets crazy in My neighbourhood..

And in My neighbourhood.. there are a lot of annoying loud cars and motorbikes.. Which is so annoying.. It sounds like judgement day.. when they rev their cars and motorbikes..
I need to get "distance" from these retarts..

So yes I do loiter.. Only when it gets crazy..
The rest of the year I just don't loiter and ignore it.. and continue with My day.. Because going to prison ain't worth it..

So yes I do loiter.. But only reacting to the people loitering around Me..
But other than that I don't loiter.. Because I know I will have to kill the other person to win.. It is not worth prison..
Unless they "tress pass" to do Me harm.. then I stab them to death in "self defence"..

So before 2017..
Another example of loitering is..
You can stay at your house.. For days weeks months years etc.. And anyone who drives or walks or flys over or past your house loses.. As long as you don't leave your property You win..
So.. 
If I am unemployed which I am.. I can stay at My house indefinitely.. And if someone else is unemployed or sick or whatever the reasons they can stay at their house too.. And wait for Me to leave first.. then they win..
The only way to win that is.. if you break in2 their house and kill them.. Thats how you win.. Thus it is not worth prison..
So before 2017.. I go to appointments.. And I observe people loitering around Me.. 
The only thing I had in My mind was murder.. But it never got to that point..
Other than I did road rage 2 times and starting to chase 2 people down on 2 different occassions.. which nothing happened..
So thats another thing..
People loitering when driving.. Which I can also see in social media..
What they will do is.. The car in front of Me won't let Me in or change lanes..
They also will not let Me over take them to change lanes.. And they will keep like this till they turn or etc..
So thats another type of loitering..

So I have observed loitering for many years..
Now My conclusion is..
If you will not kill the other person.. then its pointless to play the loitering game..
I for one will not want to b in prison.. Unless its situational like tresspass and self defence etc..
So if you will not kill the other person.. then its pointless to play the loitering game.. Because the other person could be waiting hours and hours in their car waiting for you to leave first..
So its pointless to play if you will not kill the other person..
And..
Another thing is..
If I had work or go to school daily.. I can't loiter.. Because I have to go to work or school daily..
So even if I wanted to loiter against My neighbourhood.. I can't.. Because I have to go to school or work..
So people who have work or go to school.. can't play the loitering game.. because they have work or school..
So if I had work or school.. I would not loiter.. Because I will b going out everyday.. I have some place to be.. So No.. I would not loiter in that situation..
So.. basically..
If I were to loiter at My house because I am unemployed.. It is pointless.. because if you are trying to outdo another person who also doesn't leave their house.. that can go on for years.. its crazy.. So I wouldn't even play the loitering game at My house even if I am unemployed and have no where to go..
And..
If I had work or school.. daily.. I definitely wouldn't play the loitering game.. Because I have to be some where every day.. I can't play.. If I play I will lose every time..
So.. If I am unemployed at My house.. I wouldn't loiter.. Because I might be loitering against some1 who also doesn't need to leave their house.. So that would be crazy.. Or I will have to kill them to win.. Which prison is not worth it.. So I certainly wouldn't loiter even if i had no where to go..
So there is no reason to loiter..
Even I am unemployed or even if I am employed.. It is not worth it..
So that is My conclusion over the years.. That loitering is not worth it..
Whether I have no place to go to.. Or If I have somewhere to go.. Playing the loitering game is pointless..
So I do not loiter most of the time.. I just react to retarts in My neighbourhood every now and then when it gets crazy..
They think they are winning.. or they don't care..
But I win all the time..

So.. In 2016 or 2017.. I think I stayed at My house for like around 12 months.. Then My family called the police on Me and I got involuntary addmitted around the end of the year in 2017..
So Also.. When I say.. Me VS Every1.. It is Me vs every1.. Even My family is against Me..
So.. Then after I got involuntary admitted.. I had to go to appointments etc.. So I couldn't stay home..
In fact I wasn't even loitering.. I just didn't like going out.. And Of course I played sometimes and I win.. So If I stayed at My house for 12 months and not leave the property.. everyone who drove past or walked past or flew over My house all lost.. They left first.. Which I was still on My property..
And so.. After involuntary admission.. I was forced to go to appointments.. So I couldn't loiter even if I wanted to..

So Once again..
My conclusion with loitering is..
Its pointless to loiter.. I must not loiter..
Because if I have school or work daily.. I can't loiter.. So its pointless to loiter..
Or If I am unemployed or I can stay at My house indefinitely.. I must not loiter also.. Because if someone in My neighbourhood also doesn't need to go out.. Then I will have to try to outdo that person.. To the point I will have to kill them to win.. So.. its not worth prison..
So.. Whether I need to go out.. Or I don't need to go out.. I must not loiter because its pointless..

And If the government gave Me.. My own house. and electric car.. and enough welfare..
I would B going out everyday..
There is so much things to see and do..
I can stay at My house when I want.. I can go out when I want..
That would b a great life to live..
So point is.. Because I will b going out.. That means.. I can't loiter in My neighbourhood.. Since I am going out on a daily or so basis..
So It is pointless to loiter..
And even if I didn't have to go out.. Its still pointless to loiter.. Because you will have to kill the other person at their house.. Prison is not worth it..
So No.. I would not loiter..

Also..
I think at the end of 2023.. To the end of 2025.. around 2years.. I stay at My house or property and never left.. I only left.. When My family called the police on Me.. and I got involuntary admitted again.. 
Random: "If" I ever get in2 Power over Australia or any country.. I am burning down the mental health industry.. Anti psychiatry was created in the 1960's.. its been a long time coming..

Also I stayed at My house for 2 years.. because I didn't want to go out.. Because the world is garbage..
And After the involuntary admission.. I am forced to go to appointments.. Which I disagree.. 
I do not give consent..
So the mental health industry uses physical force to shut down any1 who is against them..

I have observed loitering for years now..
And I only loiter sometimes.. only when it gets crazy..
Other than that..
I do not loiter..
Because it is pointless to loiter..
If I need to go out.. I can't loiter..
If I don't go out.. Why if someone doesn't need to go anywhere as well.. then I will have to kill that person to outdo them.. but it is not worth it.. 
So loitering at all is pointless..

So..
Another thing is..
Loitering is in everything as far as I can tell..
So.. As in..
I win.. Because I am going to Heaven 4 EvER.. And you Check Mate You Lose And You lose forever in hell 4 EvER..
So point there is.. I am going to heaven 4 EvER.. And you will lose 4 EvER because you are going to hell 4 EvER..
So.. Even if I don't loiter..
Anyone who is loitering against is stupid.. and dumb..
Because I am going to heaven 4 EvER while you will go to hell 4 EvER.. it means.. I win 4 EvER.. And you lose 4 EvER..
And even if anyone on earth or even in My neighbourhood also makes it to heaven..
Guess what..
No one is on My level of InTent.. I am undefeated in every topic.. and created My own system and no one has refuted Me yet.. No one is on My level of InTent.. Past Present or Future.. And every1 in hell earth and heave.. No one has challenged Me or refuted Me..
So I am undefeated 4 EvER..
I walk this earth undefeated 4 EvER..
Check Mate.. You Lose.. And you lose 4 EvER in hell torture 4EvER..
And the people who are making it to heaven 4 EvER.. As I said.. no one is on My level of InTent..
"So No One can out do Me"..
And If I get killed.. I get 1000 years and heaven 4 EvER.. I still Win 4 EvER..

That is another loitering type..
Where no one can outdo Me..

And the other people who are also going to heaven are not on My level of InTent..

So..
I only loiter sometimes by reacting to retarts in My neighbourhood..
So.. Example..
Because I go out to appointments.. It means I can't loiter at My house.. Because I have to leave at some point..
But to make it clear to the people in My neighbourhood let alone the rest of the earth past present and future..
I am going 2 heaven 4 EvER.. So I can't lose..
So for a period of time.. to let them know they lose and I win..
One example I do to make sure I win against My neighbours is to play messages..
Like songs.. That talk about heaven and hell and jesus christ etc..
The point is.. I am going to heaven and you are going to hell 4 EvER.. It means I win 4 EvER and you lose 4 EvER.. And anyone else going to heaven 4 EvER is not on My level of InTent.. So you can't out do Me..
So I am the only one no one can beat in loitering.. And If I get killed.. I go to heaven 4 EvER.. = Win..
So..
So what I mean is when i play music.. I will put the lyrics of the song on high volume so My neighbours can hear..
I don't know if they can hear or not.. I logically assume the ones closest to My house can hear..
And something tells Me.. They have no logic.. or reason.. and don't understand they lost..
But I can't help dumb people understand they lost..
So..
When I play.. I play to win..
I always win.. because I am getting heaven 4 EvER..
So When I react and play the game of loitering at My house..
I put a song on that talks about heaven.. etc.. The point is.. I am going to heaven 4 EvER.. And you are going to hell 4 EvER.. It means I win.. and you lose 4 EvER..
And if anyone else is going to heaven 4EvER Also.. It doesn't matter.. Because no one is on My level of InTent.. "So noone can outdo Me".. I win 4 EvER..
I can walk this earth undefeated..
And anyone who loiters against Me still losers.. You can't out do me..
I already win 4 EvER..
So If i were to loiter at My house.. I play to win..
And no one can beat Me..
And.. Something tells Me.. My nieghbourhood and even this earth don't understand they lost..
Thus..
I don't loiter.. I just mind My own business.. and continue on with My days.. And ignore all the people loitering against Me..
So No.. I do not loiter.. I already win..

Loitering is pointless..
If I go to school or work.. I can't play the loitering game.. because I have some place to Be..
And If
I am unemployed or do not need to go out.. Then once again.. Its pointless.. If other people are loitering in their houses as well.. I will have to kill them.. But prison ain't worth it.. 
So yes.. Playing the loitering game is pointless..
I don't even play it.. Because I have observed it for years now..
Better for Me to just ignore people loitering around Me and continue with whatever I am doing..

*Also..
I also noticed over the years.. they changed their airplane or helicopter flight route to make the aircrafts go over My house..
So there will b planes that fly over My house directly for years now..
And I think the government is monitoring Me and annoying Me by picking the flight route or path that flys directly over My house..
People will automatically call Me crazy.. Saying.. People are not watching you.. And the government is not tracking you..
But I counter and Say..
I am that guy since mid 2017 with InTent to take 100% Military DictatorShip over the whole earth let alone just australia..
So you would think they are monitoring Me..
Because they are..
And they even blocked My phone from the countries network and I had to get a new phone..
And another thing I noticed is..
When I am at My cousins house..
I can see planes or helicopters also fly directly over their house too..
Like what the hell..
I don't know if that is a direct path they use too.. Or they were like tracking My phones location.. And decided to fly over My cousins house just for that day..
So..
If the government is tracking My phones location..
If I test it out..
If I turn off location.. And I drive out somewhere.. And then I won't see planes flying over head..
Or If I leave the location on.. When I leave My house and go to a place.. I will see planes following Me..
Also.. If I turn off location on My phone.. and If I am out.. They might tract My families phone.. because their location might b switched on..
AnyWay..
If I get in2 Power over Australia.. I will burn down all these planes and helicopters.. And IMprison every1 the pilots who flew over My house for all these years..
Or that Is what I want.. I will probably just let these dogs go..
Instead of throw them in2 Prison.. I will just let these dogs go..

*So In conclusion..
I only loiter sometime when I react to retarts when it gets crazy.. And I win all the time.. because I am going to heaven 4 EvER.. Even if they are going to heaven as well.. no one is on My level of InTent so no one can "outdo" Me..
So I walk this earth undefeated.. And if anyone is going to heaven too.. No one can "outdo" My InTent..
So..
It is pointless to loiter.. Unless you will kill the other person loitering.. Which is prison worth it?
2 Me prison is not worth it.. Unless its situational and they tress passed on My property etc..
Other than that I am not loitering..
So I do not loiter.. Other than sometimes I might have to check mate them in loitering.. when things are getting crazy in My Neighbourhood..
Other than that..
I do not loiter.. I just Mind My own business.. and carry on with What I am doing..
And..
If I go to work or school or appointments.. I can't loiter.. Because I have somewhere to be instead of trying to out wait someone to leave first..
So No.. I can't loiter if I have places to go to..
And If i dont' have anywhere to go indefinitely.. Its dumb to loiter because there could be other people in the neighbourhood who also might have no where to go.. then you will have to kill them to win.. But prison is not worth it..
So whether i have somewhere to go or "not" I do not loiter.. It doesn't make sense..
And
If I had My own place and electric car I would b going out pretty much every day..
Or I want to leave off the grid to get away from all these loitering.. Even though there will still b people living in the off the grid area.. But the point is.. Its far less people to deal with.. So its to "reduce" the loitering.. Or I want a big farm land that would be the best option..
Anyway..
No I do not loiter.. regardless if I have somewhere to go to or "not"..
I just ignore people who are loitering and mind My own business and continue with what I am doing..
And of course here and then I might loiter to check mate people in My neighbourhood when it gets crazy..

So.. No I do not loiter etc...
